Any quote, estimate, or timeline discussed before physical inspection of a vehicle is preliminary unless Pulgar Motors confirms otherwise in writing.
Final scope, parts needs, turnaround time, and total cost can change after inspection, diagnosis, or disassembly reveals additional issues.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details, complete vehicle information, and clear authorization when approving diagnostic or repair work.
If customer-supplied parts are presented for installation, Pulgar Motors may decline the work or limit responsibility for fitment, performance, warranty, and related failures.
Payment provider terms
Pulgar Motors may reference third-party payment providers such as Stripe, Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay / Clearpay, Cash App Afterpay, and PayPal Pay Later only as payment options that may be available through an approved provider-hosted payment flow.
Any provider offer, payment schedule, fee disclosure, eligibility decision, privacy notice, financing agreement, or credit approval is controlled by the applicable provider and shown through that provider-approved flow before the customer completes payment.
Provider availability is not guaranteed for every customer, invoice, product, service, amount, currency, or transaction type. Pulgar Motors does not decide provider underwriting, provider approvals, credit limits, or identity-verification outcomes.
Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay / Clearpay, PayPal, and other providers are independent third parties. Refunds, cancellations, reversals, chargebacks, and disputes may require both Pulgar Motors review and provider processing under the provider terms shown to the customer.
