Same-day service is offered only when available and should never be interpreted as a guarantee. Turnaround times can change based on workload, parts availability, hidden damage, or supplier delays.
Estimates and final charges
Estimated pricing can change when additional issues are found, parts pricing changes, or the customer requests a different scope of work.
Pulgar Motors will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes before proceeding whenever practical.
Starting-at pricing shown on the website does not include every possible part, fluid, tire, tax, disposal fee, or additional labor condition that may apply to a specific vehicle.
Vehicle condition and performance
Repair work can improve the specific issues addressed, but no service can eliminate all future mechanical risk. Ongoing maintenance, riding conditions, prior modifications, and component wear all affect long-term performance.
Customer-supplied parts and modifications
Use of customer-supplied parts may limit warranty coverage, fitment assurance, performance expectations, or the ability to diagnose related issues. Pulgar Motors may decline installation of any part it considers unsuitable or unsafe.
