Eligible returns
Unused parts or accessories may be considered for return within 14 calendar days of purchase only if they are in original condition, remain uninstalled, include applicable packaging, and are accompanied by proof of purchase.
Physical products purchased from the in-store catalog are reviewed under this same merchandise policy. Customers should keep packaging, tags, accessories, and receipts until they confirm the product fits their needs.
- Returns may be denied for used, installed, damaged, or incomplete items
- Electrical items, special-order items, and final-sale merchandise may be non-returnable
- Return eligibility can depend on supplier and manufacturer rules
Installed parts and labor
Installed parts are treated differently from over-the-counter merchandise. Once a part has been installed or a labor service has been performed, the transaction may no longer qualify as a standard merchandise return.
Inspection and restocking
Eligible returns may be subject to inspection and restocking or supplier handling charges where permitted by law and applicable to the transaction. Any applicable restocking or supplier handling cost will be disclosed before a return is finalized.
Return requests
Return requests should be made as soon as possible after purchase by contacting pulgarmotors@gmail.com, calling (786) 962-7404, or visiting the shop at 830 NE 79th St, Miami, FL 33138. Customers should contact Pulgar Motors before returning any item so that eligibility and next steps can be reviewed in advance.
Unless Pulgar Motors confirms that an item is incorrect or faulty, customers are responsible for bringing eligible pickup-only returns back to the shop. Shipping labels are not issued for standard pickup-only returns because online shipping is not currently offered.
